Stephanie is the founder of Massage Academy For All (MAFA), the first British vocational training centre for massage in Africa, specialising in complementary therapies and sports massage courses certified by ITEC.

An internationally renowned trainer and therapist with over 21 years of experience, Stephanie has an outstanding track record and was recognised among the Top 100Best Massage Therapists in the United Kingdom in 2019.

She initially pursued a career as a pilot before discovering her passion for massage therapy.

Today, she is dedicated to promoting massage therapies worldwide. She teaches Swedish, holistic, sports, pregnancy, reflexology, aromatherapy, and therapeutic massage courses across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas.

Stephanie is also the founder of the Mitochondrial Activation Technique (MAT), a specialised pre-event sports massage method designed to enhance and calibrate an athlete’s speed before competition.

She has trained numerous national and international massage competition winners and remains one of the most sought-after and experienced judges on the global massage competition circuit. She has served as a judge at prestigious events such as the Swiss International Massage Championship, the German Global Massage Championship, the Canadian Massage Championship, and many more.
